New laws that make it more difficult for these scum to file frivolous suits would put Rosen out of business, at least out of the greenmail business.

I've received plenty of CA notices myself. Remember CITI back in '07? Anyway, I've been lucky enough not to need to join.
Would like to see IPIX come through with an excellent up front and juicy milestones that not only launches the pipeline, but also launches the PPS enough to bring in the cash to go after a few of these turkeys.
