exactly .. if one knows what gets done by this

if one knows what gets done by this garbage by rote (and it's multi layered)
against their *targets*
then one recognizes why the aggressive response out of Innovation Pharma back in 2015 .. was actually a breath of fresh air .. and *imo* incredibly informative as to mgmt's awareness
NR has been working over time since 2015 .. *against* the company via their stock
and to reiterate .. the easiest aspect NR *controls* is targeting the stock
couple that with *reporting* by NR that is suspect at best .. and it makes NRs'
efforts in play since September of last year .. beyond telling .. specific to *volume*
.. DRS %s' .. legal reported .. daily avgs reported .. and hidden trade %s
6 months after NR began their *significant* and imo bizarre volume injection into IPIX ..
you get this ..
Mar 25 NA NA NA 278,978 163,789 58.71% .. second lowest % in March
Mar 22 NA NA NA 158,555 113,214 71.40%

current IPIX volume avgs ..
Volume (10 day Average) 295,071
Volume (90 day Average) 484,431
notice too that MM PAUL has been relegated to 4th on *ask*
and CDEL/NITE/ETRF (only 3 that matter specific to IPIX for a dog's age)
are on the block on ask and the UC on ask
on the bid side .. you have 3 decoys .. odds are working resets

there are no guarantees in this life ..
and sure as hell none where the system of *equities* (another misnomer)
is concerned .. but for those *targets* that can outlast (survive) NRs' efforts
due to educated investors and aware mgmt teams .. i'll take the *risk* and clearly i'm not the only Innovation Pharma investor willing to do so ..
will update IPIX *legal* .. out AH's today ..

No one expects a law firm to work for free. However if you read the article, you'll see that many class action suits are structured so that people have to apply to get paid from the settlement. Often, fewer than 1% reply, so the big winner is the law firm with big (excessive) legal fees, and the members of the class get nothing, or a coupon for some product worth $20. I've gotten all kinds of mailings from class action suits about coffee makers, headphones, etc., that required pages of paperwork and the original receipt (which no one has), all to get a coupon for some crappy free product. No wonder so few people ever apply for a piece of a crummy settlement like that.
This is why the Rosen Firm and other ambulance chasers do what they do -- they can extort companies for big "greenmail" settlements -- they drop the bogus case in return for "legal fees" because it's cheaper for the company to pay them than to pay lawyers to fight it.
THAT is why it was so great that IPIX fought it.
New laws that make it more difficult for these scum to file frivolous suits would put Rosen out of business, at least out of the greenmail business.
