I have never seen a group of people so happy with failure as this group of JBI investors, who are leaping with joy over the fact that JB is not in the slammer, is not effectively bankrupted by being disgorged, and is still working in some fashion for JBI! It does not seem to matter that he had to step down as CEO and that the company and JB still got a fine that is sizeable and a problem for a company that has little cash to spare on this kind of thing.

How many financings can you endure? Each one deflates your hopes of JBI ever making good on promises made to date.

This is just a momentary upswing that is more seasonal than anything else. Every stock is up... It will fade quickly as the next set of financials come out.
