If I may expand a bit further on the dilution. The 97,901,216 was over the last 6 months, and half of the 98M was in FEB and MAR. I keep track of the OS on the OTC Markets site while waiting for SEC filings. Mr. Kay has NOT been hiding anything and has the stock transfer agent updating OTC on a regular basis!

The above is why I've said don't expect good numbers with Q1, Q2 may surprise me -- Mr. Kay said done now, but I'm focused on Q3 and Q4! The deals are being inked now and expect a lot more to be inked this year!
