And now the board should understand while there is STILL so much posting and venom spewed on iHub bashing $HJOE two whole years after it was delisted. Those short positions remain a liability which is why the Plaintiffs DON'T want cash in the settlement and instead want shares.
Further, they do NOT want a precedent to be set by the courts. Then, their model falls apart. They start being abusive with the naked shorting and the company will just delist, wait to be sued, pay the original loan amount plus gees, and then resumes trading. Short holder is then stuck with a very large, open ended liability.
Always follow the money. Bashers and pumpers are doing so out of the goodness of their hearts. Sometimes its over exuberance and due to being pissed. But that subsides. When the bashing remains - there is a money trail somewhere.
