I am still here and have been buying shares the last three weeks...I even bought on Friday and today - I am actually very happy to have bought shares way down here. I will not tell anyone what to do but that is what I have been doing.
As far as the SEC complaint is concerned I don't feel that it will amount to anything and I am not worried at all...neither am I worried about our transfer agent dropping us.
What I would worry about is if the funding does not come through. I feel that David will not give up and is working very hard to get NTEK in the right place. I will say that his estimating of when things should have happened has not been good but he will do everything in his power to build this company up in spite of those that would love for NTEK to go under. He has the technology and know-how to take NTEK to the next level.
I will be staying here as I am excited to see what David does if/when the money comes in. Good luck to everyone that has bought or held on and even to those that have sold due to recent news. I wish you well.
