CDEL with 2774 reports submitted to the SEC with "inaccurate" trading execution times over a four year period. $3.5 million dollar fine. Gee...I wonder how much money a firm like CDEL could make trading under the cover of "inaccurate" SEC monitoring.

"Errenous" orders. It's not spoofing. It's not elastic bids/asks. It's "Errenous" orders. $800,000 fine.
It's all ass-slapping with the occasional wrist-slapping among these people. Fine em for pennies on the profit dollars and everyone wins. Except investors.
