There were a lot of great post today , the one from BobRomo was excellent! The only thing I would add Is that I've been invested in RMHB for over Three Years now, it's ironic that the number one complaint and post from investors was that the outstanding share count was to high the stock will never go up because there is just to many shares, but then I noticed that investors including myself were buying more? The reason they were buying more wasn't because they agreed with the deluted shares it was because they believed in the prouducts, the new and trending industry and the excelent management team that we had with the contacts and clients they obtained especially in the last year.
So now Management made the decision to change that equation which the investors have been complaining about for a long time. They believe that they made the right decision strategically the timing is everything in this case, knowing with all this Big News coming up that it would make the company way more viable to potential investors which makes your stock more viable and a lot more valuable because now your shares will grow 20 times faster and the institutional investors are attracted to that! Intresting RMHB will be presenting at the investors summit in New York just a few days after the split. They will see that Management knows how to make the stock you own more valuable or shareholder friendly. It's obvious many investors including me were blindsided by this but we shouldn't be suprised especially after taking a step back and evaluating why Management did this. BOB ROMOS POST WAS A GREAT ILLISTRATION!
WE WILL GET TO FIVE DOLLARS A SHARE 20 TIMES FASTER, THAT'S THE STRADYGY IN MY OPINION, WHO KNOWS MAYBE IN THE FUTURE THEY WILL DO A FEW FORWARD 2 -1 SPLITS? I Will BE HERE TO FIND OUT!!!
