Last page of Q1, Subsequent Events:
Feb 14, O/S is listed at 4,732,271,172.
On Feb 10, assuming the reduction of 1,4000,000,000 shares was followed through with would bring the O/S to 3,332,271,172.
Feb 21, O/S on OTCMarkets is at 3,105,705,518. The O/S can not be lower than either of the 2 previous O/S mentioned above. It either has to be 4,732,271,172 or 3,332,271,172 if the share reduction was followed through with. Regardless it can not be 3,105,705,518 on Feb 21.
Berman arrived at the 3,105,705,518 number by subtracting the 1,400,000,000 shares from the 4,505,705,518 O/S reported on the Annual Report but did not adjust for what is mentioned in the Subsequent Events in Q1. The Feb 21 O/S must include the events of Feb 14 and Feb 10 because as of Feb 21, those events occurred. He can not choose to include the Feb 10 event (share reduction) and not then not include the Feb 14 event (increase in shares). It’s either chose both or chose neither.
In my opinion the O/S listed on OTCMarkets is incorrect.
