I get that part of it. I just wasn't sure about the specifics. Example:. Just for example sake, let's say for every 10 shares of ANDI, we get 1 share in SWS, which let's say had an IPO of 2 bucks a share. Are my new SWS shares immediately free trading and I can sell at around 2? Or are they restricted to the point where I have to watch them dwindle down to trips before I can sell?
