Bunkers hopes that there are no charges against him but if you look after every other prohibited attorney on that list everybody has been charged with something. Eventually a link will be added next to his name as well as Matheau J.W. Stout, Esq. who's name appears on the 1-a filing.

What are the chances that the two lawyers you use turn up on the same OTC Prohibited list?
The only reason I used SRMX as an example was it's ties to Alan Bailey - CFO . It appears the same playbook is being used but the players involved are different. Perhaps SRMX is in the major leagues on ONCI in AA ball where the pricing of services is much less expensive.
