I am not an employee then or now but i do know the company and players. When we, those very familiar with Medoc/Veneto, heard they were selling themselves as a revenue generating valued asset we couldnt believe it. Anyone and everyone who knew this company would stay far far away. Their business model was dead and toxic. Then when we learned that they were selling to a public company we got worried for the investors and i know people tried to warn generex executives that what they were buying may not actually be the same as what they were being told. They dismissed the warning. Ask yourselves, why the name switch to Veneto, meant to disguise Medoc, which you can very well see in the SEC financial disclosure that was the money making MSO componant? Why change all staff and executives profiles to eliminate all mention of Medoc and now Veneto? This is not being transparent to investors. I know what to look for so everything i am telling you is publicly discoverable. 3 pharmacies were transferred to Nugenerex. Those 3 closed this week. The staff was told they were subject to lay off. The ENTIRE business model and operation including all executives, regardless of what name they chose to operate under (they had 100s of llcs) was and is subject to investigation. This is not a business to revive from the dead unless you like jail time. What they did and how they did it, from top to bottom and involving all the executives and all the related companies is and was subject to federal and state investigation, and for good reason. I don't know generex or joe. Maybe they knew the whole story and maybe they didnt. But by now the whole picture should be coming into focus and you, the investors need to know the truth with VERIFIED TRUE INDEPENDENT review of that business. Show you the $. The real $ not purported. I know this asset you purchased, Veneto, and hear all the bs you are being told about who and what they are. I am only out to protect you. It is bad enough that this hunk of poop was repackaged to make bad people more money but the fact that they are doing it on the backs of public investors and someone isnt telling you the truth is probably another set of criminal offenses. If it turned out to be a bad deal then they should say that and they should hold those responsible accountable. And if i am wrong, no harm-no foul. I am done talking. I feel like this is being seen as some sort of attack on your company but it isnt. It is a warning for whomever wants to heed it. I am just tired of the little guys being taken advantage of. This is what message boards are for btw. Sharing information about investments. Good luck.
