I was on the phone yesterday having a long conversation with a long term LONG and trusted poster
on this board.
The question came up "why did IPIX put that 3/31/2019 date in the 10Q?"
Why not make it more general like "in the next few months" or "within the next 6 months"?
His concern was that BP would see that date and decide to sit back and play it out for a
better price.
On the contrary,I suggested that maybe IPIX is giving BP one last chance to make their best offer
knowing that other suitors still have a chance.(If IPIX is already getting offers to their liking,
this could put it over the top)
Also,could IPIX have baited a hook for the adversaries?
Who knows but common sense tells me that IPIX setting up shop in Ireland,working with the EMA and FDA
on protocols for P3 B-OM,getting manufacturing and groundwork set up for the trials,is not an
indication that they are planning on going nowhere.
We all know IPIX needs funding.Leo knows that.I'm confident he will update us very soon and hopefuly
it will be in the form of a "Deal" worth talking about.
I just don't see another 2-4 weeks with us in LIMBO being in the cards.
