Why did you think it would get to $1 dollar per share faster, pre-split, with an outstanding share count @ 1.8 billion? The company would've had to have reached well over $500 million annually to make it feasible, and the dilution would keep raising the hurdle. Without a better means of acquiring investment capital, they would require more dilution, and the longer the OTC thieves would've held the pps down, the more shares they would have to sell. It's a vicious cycle that had to be broken NOW, just before the big drivers are inked and revealed and filed. NOW, not later. Then they can get top shelf investment capital with which to fund major growth.
