Neither you nor I know what the Mueller report will reveal, but stating that Trump is 'off the hook' ignores what the SDNY has received from Mueller. Because shit that Trump did he did in NY.
Also, what if the report confirms conspiracy but states the DOJ guidelines protect the president from indictment?
