Yes they are... but I’m cautiously optimistic... if it passes the House committee... it then goes for a full House vote, then a senate vote and then to the President.... I’m thinking we still have time to wait... stranger things can happen but if this is indeed what Dr Dalton is waiting for, we have a few weeks or more left. This is the US government, nothing is fast! Correct me if I’m wrong, this is all IMHO... long UNVC!
