We all no there is only 1 fix to stop cell phone us while driving and that is to do away with cell phones which want happen. Next best solution is Bsafemobile.
So its up to parents/grandparents to curb it as best they can with a App for there phone, if they disable it take the PHONE away from them, its better to have a mad kid than the possibility of a dead kid.
