Hopefully the new call center is adequate and costs less than $344,040 a year. Just like Gnbt headquarters at Harbor Square in Toronto was sold, Antigen Express moved to a smaller dwelling (with Doug Powell and others hopefully finding their careers elsewhere), and odd properties were sold, with Gnbt CEO taking small space in Hema’s (NuGen Diagnostics) Mirama location. This is a reorganization and reemergence. Medoc failed, Gnbt is curing out the non toxic assets from Veneto, and to prove if successful growth can occur without that legal overhang.
Look at Fuse, I don’t even bother to figure out what that CEO makes. If that acquisition occurs, awesome, he proved his business model with that 10k. Their stock has no traction, but I’d view them as a more than worthwhile addition to this new vision of a company. I’m sure they all have a disgruntled ex employee as do all. We obviously read the 8ks, so we’ll watch to see if Veneto comes to be as discussed on CC.
This isn’t a place for employees or ex ones to air a grievance. We aren’t Human Resources or insiders of the company. We are retail investors. We don’t know when a grievance is accurate or biased negatively because of selfish reasons. So we have to discount those posts. Impartial in those areas and partial in others. With the old Medoc, much toxic needs to go to form the new Veneto or rather the NuGenerex.
