As mentioned, I contacted Allstate's Drivewise Department. I sent a detailed email including all my personal information so that they can check I am actually a Drivewise client.

I suggested they look into bSafe, as it offers the same as Drivewise and, most importantly, includes distracted driving.

Received an email today stating they could not help me.

If nothing else, at least/hope brought attention to our product.
