There are company builders who have a following of investors. They know his companies are successful and they invest with him as much as they do the product.
I believe that the new man with RMHB(Doug) has his own following of investors. This reverse split and the timing of it has his name all over it.
He knows they won't buy into a stock with tons of dilution and a share price less than a penny. I think he will be making some phone calls once the deal is done and the good news becomes official.
They are the ones who will drive the stock upward. Whatever way you look at it, it's going to be an interesting Spring and Summer.
It would be prudent to hang on to your stock and see how it plays out.
