Your analysis is very well thought out, and you have obviously put a lot of effort and time into your posts.
You are much more informed and seem to know the intricacies of this subject very well.
So to answer your question (Please tell me what is wrong with the analysis),
With my limited knowledge about all of the details and intricacies of each man's deal, offers, amount of shares etc. etc. etc. I can't really defend myself intelligently.
My opinions are based on my extensive business expertise for the last 50 years.
I have owned and ran many businesses and have had to make many decisions, without having all the details, because of subterfuge, lies, dealing with many less than honest so called business people, etc. etc.
So to answer your question, I would need a great deal of insider information, and resources that I could never get except in my own circle of friends etc.
Over the years, I have learned to trust my instincts, and I usually wind up pretty much on the money.
Please keep up your posts, because I for one find them very interesting.
