when the flash crash happened in May 2010
the then chair of the SEC publicly noted something
i'd come to realize a few months earlier based on
numerous calls/conversations to both the SEC and Finra ..
because i was trying to ascertain aspects specific to a legitimate
OTC company (with significant investors vs those who trade)
in the process of being destroyed .. of course back then
my awareness and ignorance re: trading crews was just getting underway
and tellingly .. there were no records available to access trading data (tapes of trades) ..
if *needed* .. per the former chair in May 2010 .. which confirmed
to me the total absurdity of US Equities .. we have self regulating
entities gaming a system so flawed .. a child could recognize the disparity
if one can *see* what is being done on a target (and the OTC
was imo the sole province for NRs' cycles of money for years)
one can base their buys accordingly .. respective caveats met
and those caveats (and risk tolerance) will be different for every
actual investor
of course all of this took time to learn .. what i know today was no where near
what i knew back in 2009/2010 ..
the why was always understood .. there are 1000s of targets that get worked
and it comes to a massive amount of money in play .. daily
but the lack of transparency on one level .. could be addressed by this investor
and it's why for those OTC targets i'm invested in .. i collect the historical data
i don't expect anyone to spend the time i have .. nor do i expect anyone to blindly accept it .. i post it when able to .. so it *exists* .. if needed in due course
what i find is that there are some investors willing to take the time to learn what NR has done against them and the company they are invested in
what i know is an educated investor and mgmt team can sometimes outlast NRs' efforts
and it's why i point out when patterns change out .. because they matter
most recent patterns in play on IPIX
NR injected *liquidity* (volume) starting last September 12th
NRs' goal is to always *reset* the 52 week low if able to (last done 12.31.18)
DRS %s since 3.1.19 .. are off the charts .. and imo if NR wasn't so UPSIDE DOWN .. reg sho would have been triggered (imo just one reason why volume avgs aren't able to be maintained)
interesting aspect imo about the investors i've interacted with on this *target* and another (not surprisingly with some overlapping crews) OTC target that has outlasted and survived as of COM Friday .. is that these investors have long since drawn their respective lines in the sand
that is why incessant whining and soft bashing doesn't work *here*
those who wanted out .. are long gone
my suggestion to those that this factual data provokes angst in .. is to put me on ignore
because my expectation is total transparency is not something the SEC currently desires .. but should actual Innovation Pharma investors want (or mgmt) access to it .. it exists .. and it costs absolutely nothing to access .. because i've always done this documentation for my education and awareness

You have done the deepest analysis on this I have ever seen. Does it ever help you trade or is it just an interest of yours?
