Stopherman I tell you what my son who is invested me said when I told him the news and we discussed whether it would be run down again . He told me we would have to buy more. Now my son is 6'3" and good build I expected to hear the friggin house being torn down but he suggested calmly lets buy more! Simple as that if you can afford it.
