Buyout news will be first announced on a 8-K where material significant business transactions are required to be disclosed. What would be more significant then a sale of the company. An investment banker and law firm are representing UEEC in advising the company how the any buyout contract(s) should be proposed and to present terms to buyer seller and buyer. IMO exciting week ahead!
