Everyone has an opinion and the right to share it on this board. As far as I can tell the old Generx was dead, Joe found the body with a couple of under developed assets and a large tax write off the tax write off being the most valuable in the short term. Then packaged that shell in what I see as a toxic asset relief portfolio. I like to refer to it as Tarp. Then finds a company that is in trouble. Veneto sees the value of the tax write off and the rebranding and agrres to be acquired. The next several acquisitions are pretty much the same, Joe is a packager, if you believe that he can pull it off you win, Joe not taking the easy money, when he could tells me he believes that he he can pull off this deal. The rest of the folks in this deal have less and less skin in the game. The deeper we go the less power Joe wields. I'm sure Joe would of delayed the money grabbing if he could of, either its a good sign that things my be coming together or a sign that things are falling apart. Which is why this is a thinly traded 1.50 stock. I'm waiting a couple of days, either the sun will come out with the filings or there will be a slow but steady decline into obscurity. Just my opinion, and as a shareholder for over 13 years, I get to have it.
