(West Africans were sitting on gold and diamond mines for 100's of years and did not take advantage of it until the colonialists came and dug it out from the grounds, using the native people to haul it out for them)...i digress...
That Joe agreed to amend the salary scale while in the middle of the acquisition process is very interesting.....from the tid bits of info that we got from the conference call on Feb. 26....and i quote, Dolisi and Purcell....
"The completion of our comprehensive sales training modules, and with the
hiring of a number of experienced specialty sales reps, we are poised to enter
the market with our 0.8 cc syringe, selling it to the VA inpatient and wound
care clinics, the DOD, and in-hospital surgical settings. With the supporting
data on Excellagen features and benefits, together with our value-based
pricing, we anticipate early uptake in these markets."....
to me this says a lot when you have the department of defense, the VA clinics and hospital wards geared to receiving this product....these will be major contracts signed to receive hundreds of thousands of dollars for said product...
These executives staying on is a positive sign and should be viewed as such.....and to get them to stay on, you have to pay them their worth (even though not proven yet)......for finding the gem.....
