Something is VERY VERY wrong with that deal!!
Let them PROVE there worth, and then we can talk about what they should be paid.
They should get a living wage for the first year, then, if they prove there worth that kind of money, then and only then should they get bumped the pay scale.
They should be hired on a incentive basis, period...
I wonder what Joe thinks about this ridiculous deal?
Those are the kind of deals, that will hurt us badly, very very badly.
