Frankly you can put it any way you wish, but what I've said was in prior visits to companies I never learned anything that would be considered insider information, but I always left feeling better about my investment. That's about what you've said.
I'm not denying the benefit of your travel, but I cannot accept the fact that what they've done is worthy of a blank check which I feel the R/S would represent. With the R/S the company might be assured of the funds needed to be successful, but it might take a decade or longer for current investors to be better than break even which is unacceptable to me.
I can show you companies that have stayed in business over decades with multiple reverse splits, often 1 for 100. While they're still in business, those who invested early with tens of thousands of shares now have 100 shares, or less, and they're not worth much.
