I sent an unpleasant post to some one in management and feel bad about it now. They are doing what they believe is best for the company and not themselves individually . So being a friggin hot head and Irish quick temper I am apologising publicly as our share count will make it far more attractive for investors and keep us out of the pinks and more likely to get good movement on future deals being announced where as we have seen how little the stock moves on good news for the last year. Every thing is relative , even though it would only take .04 to get me even, we have seen how hard it is to get the stock to move , so if we need a dollar to get me even this way I believe we have a better chance of reaching a dollar by doing this than we have a chance of .04 . Also as the company gains traction and funding is needed to go forward we need far less shares for the money . I'm trying to calm my own nerves as I type but I do know what they have done is in the best interest of the company and in the end the share holders.

So suck it up there is nothing we can do . As Doug stated the graft of our PPS won't be flat lining anymore on good news and contracts it will be on a more vertical movement and now I understand. Another thing we really can't bitch because without this management team we would have been bankrupt 1 year ago and none of us would have any shares to bitch about. Hopefully as with a lot of successful companies there will be forward splits in the future. It took a lot guts to do what they did to improve our chances of going forward and knowing the amount of flack they were going to take . In the end they did what is best for us going forward . Doesn't mean I'm happy but I do understand and that pisses me off I'd rather stay pissed off than have to apologise . So on that note Adirondack and the person in management please accept my apology for flipping out like a little bitch I am sorry.
