One for twenty is a pretty steep, but it's not really a huge surprise. I kept saying there was no way they could make the big board with the current stock structure. I'm pretty sure this has the stamp of the new guy all over it. He probably took one look at the stock price and said changes had to be made.
So I believe if you hold five million shares at one cent, you will have 250,000 shares at ten cents>>>>>>>>>>>>>>$25,000 and not $500,000.
The good part about it is that we will get to one dollar and then five dollars a lot quicker.
So if the same person with five million shares today held out for five dollars and possibly the Nasdaq or NYSE the shares would be worth $1,250,000.
That seems more plausible when you think about it.
