Yikes New 8k out- REVERSE split...

the thing that I fnd challenging is that they filed this before the last video.
And of course no one said anything in the video...
1 for 20 isnt bad and our share count was greatly over bloated but overall I am not too thrilled about it.
they were between a rock and a hard place..
The record date for shares affected by the reverse split will be April 3, 2019
with now having a float of about 100 mill shares and a stock price of about .10 (20 x the closing price on 04/02) we will at least be in much better shape to move forward in all our plans. Hopefully not dilute more after that....
