I cant stop thinking about it now ,so one more possibilities what might happen,

Doctors will be notify that it might take 3-4 weeks or so for VL to come down to desire level ,
they will check VL every couple of weeks or so , and until it will be going down that is OK.

We do have many medications we know takes a time to show improvement...
Some will take few months to start to notice positive effect ...
