Agree with Winston. I would be very surprised if he included the PL #2 name in the SHL. I also think it will be "launched" in the same time frame and will almost definitely be announced in a PR. Makes a lot of sense to be launched just when all media should be hearing that April is DD Awareness Month and will coincide with the launch of a robust ad campaign. Go ONCI
