Since it appears SWS is going to do an IPO and get on a major exchange. here's what we have to look forward to:
- SWS will give folks a share for every so many ANDI shares that you own. Obviously, the more shares of ANDI you own, the more SWS shares you get
- ANDI will also retain so many shares of SWS. This will be held as an asset for ANDI
- I'm sure White will get some preferred shares of SWS since he's not going to let them split from ANDI without something for himself IMHO.
In summary, it appears SWS will do an IPO & get on a major exchange at some future date, where SWS shares will be worth most likely over $2/share minimum based on the requirements of the major exchange they enter IMHO. Therefore, the SWS shares that we get have the potential to be a huge thing. So, the more shares of ANDI you own, the more shares of SWS you will receive. The calculations will be based on you owning ANDI shares up to a certain date, of which has not been release yet. Therefore, regardless of anything phone related, it appears that our future SWS shares may be our money maker here. GLTA!
