imo *volume* days on PTOI are usually (wash traded) done in conjunction
with NRs' *efforts* via various SMBs .. and always to *increase*
volume avgs .. it's rather difficult for NR to shout 24/7/365 .. *sells*
when *volume* goes cliff diving .. which is why YOY YTD *volume* actually
decreasing .. since PTOI was wrested back in 2013 .. *matters*
with that said .. no one here .. or at the vehicle of choice knows what is en route
of of P2O mgmt & BoD
so i'd expect more of the *same* over the next week .. or until everyone with interest knows if the K or an NT is filed .. or not
