I agree, and it blows my mind how others don’t see it. It’s blindingly obvious. As I said before, it must be nice to live in a jurisdiction with no capital gains tax. I’d probably flip more too. I just dislike how she portrays herself as an objective analyst while clearly flipping her story to match her preferred position.
