None taken. I have been swayed that the EMA has a lighter touch. The Thalidomide was the banner example in my mind...perhaps I was too narrow in my focus. I think the Trump era reforms may loosen up the FDA and narrow the gap or make them less stringent than the EMA in the near future. Was sad to see Gottlieb resign though.
