for anyone unable to check it, here is a quick summary
Rory sounds and looks very confident and positive but unfortunately the SEC tossed another curved ball and we won't be trading on the nasdaq before about 10 days at least.
Apparently, they gave the formal approval but 90 minutes before we were supposed to start trading on the Nasdaq, they requested some additional info on Sound Concept! Verb can provide it within a week (they have started already) but so it is. Add to that some days for the auditors to check what they need to check...
in the meantime, another fund from the roadshow got back in touch with the company. With this additional time for their DD they might try to take part to the PO as well, though Rory makes very clear that the negotiations are in AGP's hands in this regard.
Rory will update us again in a few days as things progress. He would let us know immediately if the deal was somehow in jeopardy but at this stage, it is absolutely not the case. I for one tend to trust him.
