Right, all the Federal Budget Continuing Resolutions (CRs) forced DOD to march in place new acquisition wise. Then the 35 day shutdown brought the acquisition pipeline to a grinding halt! All I know (by the McAfee PR) is that defensive software (which stops keylogging cold) is finally on the way to the troops. This is exactly why SFOR won't see a thin dime from the Feds until April at the earliest, June at the latest.
