Well I finally cashed out the rest of my shares today, just in time too. I put that money in an investment that is going up 9X real soon. No sense holding my shares if I can't go to shareholders meeting according to someone on here. That's my NO VOTE. I wish you all the best of luck, you're going to need it. I will be watching from the sidelines. I'll be back after the RS gets cancelled or after the share price gets multiplied by the new share price just to fall back down to the old price. I've seen if way too many times, only a few exceptions. I doubt this will be one of them. Another words shareholders value gets divided by whatever the RS is. The sad part is it WON'T even make it to the NASDAQ because it will fall way to fast. Completely irresponsible and inconsiderate of management to even consider it. They should be talking about REVENUE, NOT DILUTION or FUNDING at this point.
