Here is what I am thinking. Since Mr. White has taken over ANDI in the fall '18 he has operated with integrity. Some here when we heard for the first time about SWS said it is a hoax it will never happen and it is a waste of time we are here for phones. Now I read all kind of complaining because SWS is going public. SWS cost ANDI nothing to begin with and we are getting shares from it. If SWS just got up and walked away we would still be where we were 4 months ago but as the PR stated we are getting shares from it. Also the PR said that the company is retaining shares in SWS so to me it looks like a good thing but we will find out some time down the road. Lets all remember no one cared about SWS months ago so what is the big deal now? JMHO!!
