Yes you did, but missed the "intend" before it in the same sentence.
As in, I intend to to eat breakfast and will fill full afterwards.
One cannot happen without the other that supersedes it.

Currently, our Common Stock is quoted on the OTC Markets Group Inc.’s OTCQB® tier Venture Market (the “OTCQB”) under the symbol “VRRB.” On March 18, 2019, the closing price of our Common Stock was $13.00. Concurrently with the closing of this offering, we intend that quotation of our Common Stock on the OTCQB be discontinued and that, at the open of the market on March 21, 2019, our Common Stock and the warrants will begin trading on The Nasdaq Capital Market (“ Nasdaq ”) under the symbol s “VERB” and “VERBW,” respectively.
