Where do they specify 1:100?
I must have missed something.
I thought they wanted authorization for a rs of up to 1:500.
They also are asking for permission to do a rs if they deem it in the best interest of the company and its' shareholders.
Doesn't mean it will happen at all and why are people only looking at the negative side of things?
What if we get a new infusion of clean money, eliminate Discovery, and put out some good news and the share price starts moving up...then a r/s to bring the share price up well over three dollars and the need to hold it above 3 for 90 days would then facilitate an uplisting.
