I was debating with a small group of investors about short positions. X and Coujoe were under the impression that the short positions are invalidated if HJOE returns to trading. I was under the impression that the short positions would be just as viable as long positions. They both know quite a bite more then me about the OTC so I didn't debate it.
It would make total sense then as to why short SH would continue to want HJOE away from the OTC, but short SH can also close their positions and cover at whatever final cost before HJOE ever attempts to come back. That's an assumption only as I can also close my long position now at a 100% loss if I wish to.
