Until the close of the market on March 20, 2019, o ur Common Stock wa s quoted on the OTCQB under the symbol “ VRRB .” O ur Common Stock and the warrants have been approved for listing on Nasdaq under the symbol s “VERB” and “VERBW,” respectively, [i]which will commence trading at the open of the market on March 21, 2019[/i]. The completion of this offering wa s conditioned on our Common Stock and the warrants being approved for listing on Nasdaq or another securities exchange. See “Risk Factors.”
But it looks like this delay is having a positive effect on PPS today!!!
