Until they're ready to reduce the outstanding shares, they need to be able to protect themselves. You won't get everything fixed at once.
Anyhow, you need to watch the last few podcasts. Once you do you'll have a much better understanding of where they're at and what's coming this year.

If you understood the huge upside for a buy and hold investment with this company, you wouldn't even be asking the question because you would easily be able to deduce the answer. I hope anyhow, because it's elementary.
