Welcome to the board! Interesting filing using Series C Convertible Preferred Stock. They still have 2000 approved left, I assume they cleared 5000 to raise $5M total. Paulson only got a 5% fee, instead of the usual 10%.
1 C share cost $1000. It can be converted to 2000 common. Also, attached with it is 1200 warrants at 50c. Without converting, they get $100 dividend per year, which I assume many might do.
