Just to clear up any confusion

The tier 1 institutions will receive shares at a discounted price to the market. It the market dropped to the discounted price, it wouldn't be called a discount would it.

It's clear to me AGP put together a financial model of what the company is worth. That "model" was mentioned in one of the videos. AGP and the institutions both know what the company is worth and got a discount.

Just because someone gets a discount does not mean the company all of a sudden is worth less. The private placement investors also received a significant discount. A few made a big stink about it, but the majority viewed that as a good thing and the share price went up.

The private placements were clean funding. The PO is clean funding. No toxic funding and the company won't have debt. Not only that, but Sound Concepts is cash flow and net income positive. VERB is only adding a dozen employees more so it would be pretty easy for VERB to also be cash flow positive if they chose that path.

As far as the warrants, some people were arguing for days/weeks about a lockups. VERB got the sharks they wanted. The ones that work a good deal but hold for years. The ones that support the companies they invest in. Are they going to hold the shares but sell the warrants? Are they going to sell the shares but hold the warrants for 4 years? No & No. There is a reason why they only do 2-3 of these deals a year. If they were flippers they would want in on everyone they could.

If you were holding your breath today hoping to buy shares in the 3's, don't pass out tomorrow when it doesn't happen either. The PO wasn't a kickstarter go fund me open to everyone. As much as I'd like to buy shares at the price they get, I am not an institution will a vault of cash.

Whether the company uplist tomorrow or Friday I don't care. After that Rory will be allowed to say more, you'll see more news, analysts, etc. Most of the product launches are scheduled for Q2 which will be exciting to watch. Company also will have money to market and do other incredible things like more acquisitions of they chose to.

Congratulations to all longs
