NTEK's registration agent has resigned from continuing any business with NTEK. They have already distanced themselves from the company (resigning on 3/
, and as a result, NTEK is about to be moved from default to revoked in terms of their ability to do conduct business.
In addition, NTEK's Transfer Agent is dis-associating themselves from any NTEK business relationship, effectively leaving NTEK with no options and resulting in a delisting - even from the Skull and Bones basement of the OTC dark pinks - within the next 30-45 days.
