I look at market cap, right now we are under 90 million, if you add in the shares from S1a then we are about 130 million, if we take our price and get the shares for SC acquisition it’s about 140 million. So we will go with 140 million dollar market cap. Taking everything we have and everything coming out one could guesstimate a proper valuation, much better than 140 million.

I’m not sure whether we will explode upwards tomorrow or gradually increase over the coming weeks but we are way undervalued. No more beer money flippers, they got off at the last stop at 3:59:59 today. I hope they never return.
